shipping information

I am located in Germany. All packages are tracked and will be shipped by DHL.

Flat rate shipping costs are 4€ in Germany, 40€ to the US, 5 € everywhere else.

I am finally able to ship to the US again. The shipping costs are a 40€ flat rate, including tracking and tariffs. I know that is not for everyone, but that is all I can do right now. I am constantly checking new options, and I will change the shipping price as soon as I have a better solution.

Ready-to-ship yarns will be sent out within 2 business days. For the clubs and specials, please read the information in each item's listing. Clubs and specials are not refundable.

I do ship worldwide, except to Austria. That's because of the packaging laws. If you live in Austria, there is information on how you can get packages from Germany on the Austria Post website.
