shipping information

I am located in Germany. All packages are tracked and will be shipped by DHL.

Flat rate shipping costs are 4€ in Germany and 5€ everywhere else.

I am not able to ship to the US at the moment, as DHL just announced that they are not able to send packages over there as of August 25, 2025. US orders will be available again as soon as I can ship again.

Customers are responsible for possible duty and import fees.

Ready-to-ship yarns will be sent out within 2 days. For the clubs and specials, please read the information in each item's listing. Clubs and specials are not refundable.

I do ship worldwide, except to Austria. That's because of the packaging laws. If you live in Austria, there is information on how you can get packages from Germany on the Austria Post website.
