shipping information

I am located in Germany. All packages are tracked and will get shipped with DHL. 

Flatrate shipping costs are 4 € in Germany and 5 € everywhere else.

Ready-to-ship yarns will get sent out within 2 days. For the Clubs and specials, please read the information in the listings on each item. 

I do ship worldwide, except to Austria. That's because of the packaging laws. If you do live in Austria, there is information on how you can get packages from Germany on the Austria Post website.
