shipping information

I am located in Germany. All packages are tracked and will be shipped by DHL.

Due to new packaging regulations in the EU (PPWR), I need to make some changes. Unfortunately, I am not able to ship anywhere else in the EU, other than Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Hungary, and the Netherlands. I hope I will be able to add more countries again in the future.

Flat rate shipping costs are 4€ in Germany, and 5€ everywhere else.

The shipping costs to the US are a 30€ flat rate. The prices at checkout includes the current tariffs. I know that is not for everyone, but that is all I can do right now. I am constantly checking new options, and I will change the shipping price as soon as I have a better solution.

Ready-to-ship yarns will be sent out within 2 business days. For the clubs and specials, please read the information in each item's listing. If you order more than one Club/specials, I ship everything together. Clubs and specials are not refundable.

I do ship worldwide, except to Austria. That's because of the packaging laws. If you live in Austria, there is information on how you can get packages from Germany on the Austria Post website.
