- 6-12 m (10 cm/3.9")
- 12-18 m (11 cm/4.3“)
- 1-2 y (12 cm/4.7“)
- 2-3 y (13 cm/5.1“)
- 3-4 y (14 cm/5.5“)
- 5-6 y (15 cm/5.9“)
When in doubt, choose the larger size.
Do not heat above 45°C.
